Nightlife in Costa Rica

Many Bars you can find in Costa Rica are just to drink and other bars are discos or Night Clubs. But in Costa Rica people like a combination of all of them. So you might see some places with all kind of stuff of discos, places to drink, girls like in strip clubs or even places with some spots designated to just sit and drink, like in most pubs. Some of the better places are listed below. We list here those we found very attractive and fun t visit for tourists. There is always the recommendation to go to "El Pueblo", a mile outside of downtown San Jose. Several dance places, live and disco, as well bars and restaurants, and in some cases, the combination of all three.
